Life has become way too hectic and stressful and people are overlooking their health and food habits. Good and healthy food habit helps in the long run and a bit of exercise serves as a cherry on the cake to keep one active throughout the day. Most of the people these days work in companies where they have to sit in front of the computer for most of the hours of the day and in such cases their bodies are devoid of any kind of activity, as a result, most of them suffer from headaches, spondylitis, sleeplessness and are diagnosed with obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome and various other kinds of lifestyle diseases. This is the reason one has to start flexing muscles to keep their body functioning to achieve a healthy lifestyle.  Exercise doesn’t mean that a person has to drop to the floors and start serious workout until he or she gasps out of breath. Exercise can be way more easy and fun. A 45 minutes’ walk can do wonders for one’s daily life. Some people hit the gym to get the perfect body they desire but a few who don’t have time to go to the gym or maybe a bit lazy to do so can easily opt for some free hand exercises, stretching, yoga etc. as its less expensive than going to a gym and saves time too.

Most of the people think that skipping their meals would help them to lose weight very fast but this concept is absolutely wrong. One must have a healthy and nutritious breakfast to kick-start their morning as a healthy breakfast energises the body and lifts up the concentration level at work. Moreover one must eat in every two hours which does not mean gobbling down oily or fried food but to have healthy snacks like almonds, raisins, digestive biscuits, salads etc. Having fresh fruit juices also proves to be very healthy as it has essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in it which is good for health. Green vegetables and fruits should be a major part of a person’s diet. Starving for reducing weight should be strictly prohibited.

In today’s world most of the teenagers are influenced by movie stars and desire to get a perfect body like them and starts adopting unhealthy measures to be like them and to have a perfect 36; 24; 36 body and look attractive but they are unaware of the fact that that movie starts are guided by well-trained nutritionists and fitness trainers so before taking any big step one must consult a doctor or a nutritionist otherwise the person might become anorexic and get prone to various other health related hazards. So it’s better not to follow others footsteps and do what the body needs as it will help to stay fit and fine in the long run.
